Anja has been teaching Sri Sri Yoga for more than 10 years. Based on the teachings of Sri Sri Ravi Shankar it offers a very wholesome approach to yoga, in which secrets to a healthier, happier and more meaningful life are revealed.
A combination of gentle and vigorous postures are taught for the well-being of the body, with an equal emphasis being placed on techniques for nurturing the mind and spirit.
